Honors Concert Information
The San Joaquin County Office of Education, in partnership with the San Joaquin County Music Educators’ Association (SJCMEA) and Delta College music department, sponsor annual Honors Concerts for High School and Middle School students.
The events are held in Atherton Auditorium on the Delta College campus.
Talented band, strings and choir students from throughout the county audition in the fall of each school year.
Those selected will participate in the annual Honors concert.
New in 2012/2013
We are proud to announce many new programs offered by SJCOE in partnership with the SJCMEA. We will be adding strings at the High School and Middle School levels to our already established Honors Concert events. We will also once again open auditions for the Middle School Honor Choir membership to the public.
